Having trouble with your free ringtones?
While there are many possible reasons a ringtone may not be working on your phone, there are usually two culprits:
- There was an error downloading your ringtones - If this is the case you should try downloading your ringtone again. If the problem still persists, contact us.
- Your ringtone is not compatable with your mobile device - Make sure that the ringtone you are downloading works with your cell phone. Most cell phones require certain types of ringtones and will not work with any ringtone you download. It is important the two match.
